Each day, you'll find a scripture passage with commentary, reflection questions, and prayer prompts. Choose a 3-minute or 10-minute pause depending on how much time you have.

Daily Pause helps you anchor your day in God's Word and take intentional time to listen to Him.

Captain's Log is your private journal where you can record thoughts, prayers, and what God is teaching you.

Write one entry per day. Add tags to organize your entries and search through them anytime to see how God has been working in your life.

Note: Your Captain's Log is completely private. Only you can see your entries.

Keep track of your prayer requests privately and see how God answers them over time.

Add a prayer request, and when God answers it, mark it as answered and write notes about how He worked. This creates a beautiful private record of God's faithfulness.

The following sections are completely private and visible only to you:

No one else has access to your personal content—not even app administrators.

Daily Pause devotionals and Battle Drill templates are shared content for all users. When you share a Daily Pause, the shared link is read-only and includes only the scripture and devotional text, never your journal or prayers.
